All Memberships are good for the month in which purchased and auto-renew on the same day each month unless cancelled via customer portal or email. Once cancelled, you will still be able to enjoy benefits for the rest of the month purchased, it just will not automatically renew for the next month.
Memberships are available to purchase on your customer portal or at our front desk. We recommend purchasing your membership on or near the first of the month to receive the maximum amount of benefits.
A valid credit card must be kept on file on your customer portal.
Enrichment Daycare Silver & Gold Memberships are sold per pet. The Boarding VIP Membership is sold per family.
Priority booking access for our Gold Membership allows you to book 15 days earlier than Silver and non-members.
*Monthly nail trims and bag of take-home treats will be given around the second week of the month.
